Matt Kirkham was born in Luton and now lives in rural Co. Down, and works as a teacher. Matt's collection, The Lost Museums (Lagan Press), won the Rupert and Eithne Strong Award for best collection by an Irish poet. His work has been anthologised, most recently in The New North (Wake Forest University Press, 2008) and Landing Places (Dedalus, 2010).
