TEMPLAR TRADE ORDER INFORMATION

Templar Poetry, Templar Fiction and Iota Magazine distribute and market printed titles directly to the retail booktrade. This includes all dedicated wholesale and retail booksellers as well as museums, galleries, schools, public and private libraries, educational institutions and educational publishers.

All orders should be placed directly with us as laid out below and on the terms described.

We also supply books through Nielsen Book Orders online and the same terms apply.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Trade terms: 35% standard trade discount on the recommended selling price unless otherwise agreed. Postage is not charged on UK trade orders in excess of £25 (Net). Carriage will be charged for all overseas orders at cost. Trade accounts should be established by contacting us prior to order. No account is required for orders prepaid by cheque or by electronic payment.

Trade credit: Strictly 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Trade returns: Authorized returns only should be sent to Templar Poetry. A returns authorization must be obtained beforehand from Templar Poetry. No credit will be issued for authorized returns, or for books sent back in an unsaleable condition, including books damaged in transit from the sender or dispatched already shop-soiled. Returns can be authorized for credit only, not for refunds.

LIVE EVENTS

Many of our poets are available for live events at bookshops, festivals, universities, colleges and schools and some are available for workshops. Some are also available for broadcasting and media work. Please email or call us for specific requests and we will be happy to discuss or put you in touch with specific poets and writers on our published list.
